The Simple Four Step Process
1. Sign Up

2. Interview
After you signed up, a team leader will call you and interview you to determine your particular need. This allows us to assign a virtual assistant who will best match your particular requirements. On a side note, your assigned VA has access to a backup pool of other VAs who have different expertise (Ex. HR, Accounting etc.). They can assist her in finishing a particular task if needed.
3. Your VA will be Assigned
Once we have your requirements, we will assign a VA for you. This VA will email and call you to introduce himself/herself. Your VA will be your single point of contact to us. Most of your dealings with us will be directly through your assigned VA. This setup gives you a better customer experience as you don’t have to deal with different nameless task takers each time you call or email. In addition, by knowing the client through previous assignments, your VA increases the speed and quality of finished tasks as he/she already knows what you are very particular at.
4. Start Offloading Your Task
Once you have an assigned VA, you can happily start offloading your tasks.
