1. What is Virtual Assistance?
Virtual assistance is a type of service wherein administrative office support is performed remotely by independent service providers called virtual assistants (VAs). Virtual assistants utilize the latest communication technology and work from their own offices to deliver their services to clients. The VA’s job is administrative, secretarial and clerical in nature although many, like MyLoyalVA, offer additional specialties like web design and maintenance. A virtual assistant service provider can be a one-person enterprise or a team-based provider. MyLoyalVA is a team-based provider as it is far superior than a solo practice. With a team-based setup, clients are never fearful that their VA might become unavailable due to sickness or because of a personal emergency.

2. What do I need to do to try out your VA Services under the Free Ten (10) Hour Trial Promo?
All you have to do is fill out our sign up form, put your contact info and a little description of the tasks you would like to offload to us. A team leader would then contact you. You can then select the plan you like and begin offloading your tasks.

3. What would be your rates after the Free Trial Promo?
The rate is dependent on the payment plan you choose. You can select to have it on a per hour or per month subscription service. For additional info, check our payment plans here.

4. What is better? pay by the hour or pay monthly?
It really depends on how you view your tasks and needs. If your tasks are regular and routine in nature, we suggest that you choose to have the monthly plans so that you could regularly offload tasks to us and never worry about them anymore. If you have spontaneous tasks that are unpredictable in nature, you may opt to select the pay per hour. You would be billed on the actual number of hours worked on those tasks.

5. If I take advantage of the Free Ten (10) Hour Promo, do I need to pay outright? How do I go about that?
When you sign up with us, we are going to ask you to select a plan basically as a point of reference. Then we go into the Ten (10) Hour Trial Promo to accomplish the tasks that you offload to us. We are going to provide you a monitoring tool to be able to track down how much of these Ten (10) Hour trial promo were already used up along with the status of the active tasks that we have taken from you. If the free trial hours have been used up, the point of reference for the billing per hour would be the earlier plan that you selected when you sign up with us. Then that is the time that we bill you for the additional service hours rendered to accomplish your task beyond the Free Ten (10) Trial Hour Promo.

6. What about if I was not able to use up the Free Ten (10) Hours Trial Promo?
Then you don’t have to pay anything to us. The Free Ten (10) Hours Promo’s validity is two weeks or fourteen (14) days upon signing up. You have to used it within two weeks upon sign up.

7. What if during the Free Ten (10) Hour Trial Promo I wasn’t satisfied with the Service, could I discontinue the service?
Yes, simply provide us an email stating that you would like to discontinue the service. All we ask from you is your feedback with as much detail you would like to provide on why you weren’t happy with our service. In that way, you’ll be able to help us improve our service.

8. How do I offload my tasks?
You can send us an email at info@myloyalva.com or call us at 1-888-OK-LOYAL (North America only) with the details of your tasks. Please be as clear and detailed as much as possible with your instructions. Also, we would like to suggest that you always place a cap on the number of hours you would like us to spend on a particular task. Once we receive your task, we will send you an email specifying a step by step plan of action. This is a way for us to verify your instructions and for you to make sure that we understand what you want us to do.

9. How do I know if an offloaded task is being worked on by a Virtual Assistant?
After submitting to us a task, we will send you an email acknowledging it as soon as we can. The email will let you know that we got your instruction and will detail how we understand it. If there’s a misunderstanding, just email us on what we misunderstood.
We are then going to submit reports to you regarding the status of your offloaded tasks. Depending on how you would like us to update you, you can get the status through email, instant messaging, SMS or even through phone call.

10. How do I pay for your service?
Invoices are sent out every two weeks and are payable upon receipt. You can pay via credit card through Pay Pal, payable to Account Name - MyLoyalVA Virtual Assistant Service, email: payment@myloyalva.com

For clients on monthly plans, unused hours are not carried forward and are non-refundable.
