Virtual Assistant for Working Moms & Dads

Free Your Time with a Virtual AssistantOftentimes moms and dads are torn between two loves, the love for their families and the love for their jobs and/or businesses. As much as we’d like to achieve certain balance, there are several occasions wherein there is a conflict between work and family. Financial constraints make moms and dads incapable of hiring a personal assistant since that would just add up to the numerous expenses that would recur every month plus the benefits, social security system contributions and perks.

Eventhough most of us, if not all of us, would like to get hold of an assistant, there are several factors that hamper us from doing so;

First is cost of having an assistant - salaries, wages, benefits and other expenses of having an employee or an assistant in a conventional way is expensive. Second, we need to equip our assistants with tools from office supplies to communication tools which have variable rates wherein moms & dads would have a hard time to monitor and control. Third, the office space and the utility expenses that comes along with it - electricity bills, water bills, telephone bills, internet bills & sometimes even food & refreshments. Although most moms and dads would like to really have an assistant, these somewhat prevents them from having one. They just got contented with just doing everything by themselves.

Life is so short, that is why it is my motto to “Enjoy Life! We Never Get Out of It Alive Anyway!” The reason for this is that there are numerous ways in which we could enjoy our lives without neglecting our core duties and responsibilities both for our beloved families and our valuable jobs. It is oftentimes very hard to achieve a certain equilibrium between the two. There are occasions that we spend too much time with our jobs compromising our time with our families and vice-versa. This could be so if we are doing everything “solo” but with a Virtual Assistant, moms and dads or even you or me would now be able to spend valuable time to what we regard as important to us. If we need to delegate a certain tasks, a Virtual Assistant could do that for us. They could write reports, do research works, arrange schedules, book, reserve and confirm flights, hotel bookings and anything that could be done by a “conventional assistant” with lesser cost or overhead.

The value of having a virtual assistant is that you just need to invest on them, when you need them. For some who have burdensome lives brought about by numerous personal tasks and business tasks, one could derive numerous benefits of having a Virtual Assistant working for them.

Years ago, an assistant could just be afforded by the chosen few but now with Virtual Assistant services like what we have, anybody could take advantage of being in command of those tasks that bothers him. Soldiers, businessmen, realtors, salesmen, ordinary rank and file employees could now openly take advantage of having a Virtual Assistant both for their personal and business needs. Enterprises, companies and/or SMEs could now delegate their projects to Virtual Assistants who could work on their projects at minimal costs - less overhead with as much control as when they would do those projects themselves.
