Way back in the early 90’s, virtual assistance was mostly utilized by big IT companies who offer online technical support and customer service to their clients. Their products were usually complex systems that they had to provide 24/7 on-call support. This was likely so until the turn of the year 2000. Now, virtual assistance has grown in popularity and is available to anyone. From ordinary tradesmen, to businessmen, ranging from sales agents, real estate agents, marketing specialists and entrepreneurs. In addition, small to medium companies are using VA services to relegate and delegate specific tasks to a virtual administrative assistant, an HR Assistant, an executive secretary or even a sales and marketing assistant.

Legal Profession is another service oriented job that requires continuous focus and dedication to their clients’ concerns and legal needs. Lawyers are one of the busiest people today. If they are not inside court hearings, they are either researching for a case to defend, reviewing cases, doing further legal studies, interviewing clients and witnesses and finishing loads of paperworks. On top of that, some lawyers are also busy with credit and collections wherein their clients relegated tasks to them to issue demand/collection letters and to eventually call upon these people and demand payments from them.
